每個做久了的團隊都會長出自己的行話。行話讓裡面的人省時間,讓外面的人聽不懂。所以我們把自己用的字全部攤開,一個一句白話。Every team that has worked together long enough grows its own shorthand. Shorthand saves time for the people inside and shuts out everyone else. So here is every term we use, each explained in one plain line.
看到我們哪裡用了一個沒有解釋的詞,那是我們的錯,不是你的——寫信告訴我們,我們會補上。

我們是誰Who we are
me2us2WE
名字就是路線:me(我)→ us(我們兩三個人)→ WE(一整個群體)。一個人成熟起來,才帶得動幾個人;幾個人站穩了,才撐得起一個群體。順序不能跳。
The name is the route: me → us → WE. One person matures, and can then carry a few; a few stand firm, and can then hold up a whole body. The order cannot be skipped.
有機心田 the Chinese name for me2us2WE
有機心田和 me2us2WE 是同一個東西,一個中文名、一個英文名,沒有分別。「心田」是一塊田,不是一間教室;「有機」是說它得靠時間長出來,不能催。
有機心田 and me2us2WE are the same thing — one name in Chinese, one in English, no difference between them. A field, not a classroom; and organic, meaning it grows on its own timeline and cannot be forced.
Maturing in Grace our one-line explanation
一句話說明我們相信什麼:人是在恩典裡慢慢長大的。不是靠課程上得多、不是靠方法用得對,是靠時間、關係,和一次一次真的走過去。
One sentence for what we believe: people mature inside grace, slowly. Not by taking more classes or applying the right technique, but through time, relationships, and actually walking through things one at a time.
L2L 並肩跑 Leader to Leader
兩個人並肩走,沒有誰帶誰。你有你的難處,我有我的,我們在真實的事情裡一起站穩。
Two people walking side by side, neither one leading. You have your hard things, I have mine, and we stand firm together inside real situations.
不是這個意思:老師帶學生、大的帶小的、有經驗的教沒經驗的。那叫 L2F(Leader to Follower)——那是另一種土壤,長出來的東西也不一樣。What it is not: teacher and student, senior and junior, experienced instructing inexperienced. That is Leader to Follower — a different soil, and what grows out of it is different too.
工場、差會、差派教會 Field, agency, sending church
宣教工作的三隻腳。差派教會是打發我們出去的那間教會;差會負責法務與帳務;工場是我們實際做工的地方——就是這裡。
The three legs of missionary work. The sending church is the church that sends us out; the agency handles the legal and financial side; the field is where the work actually happens — that is us.

我們在做什麼What we actually do
撒種 sowing
把好消息大量講出去,讓很多人聽見。這是恩典,也有人專門被分派做這一段。
Broadcasting the good news widely so that many people hear it. This is a grace, and some people are assigned to exactly this.
翻土 tilling the soil
我們被分派到的那一段。硬土上撒種,種子留不住;所以要先把土翻鬆——實際的做法是:陪一個人一次一次面對他真正卡住的地方,直到他自己動得起來。一個人通常要陪好幾年。
Our assignment. Seed on hard ground does not hold, so the ground has to be broken up first — in practice that means walking with one person through the place they are actually stuck, again and again, until they can move on their own. Usually it takes years per person.
不是輔導、不是諮商、不是心理治療,我們也不做那些。是弟兄姊妹之間彼此陪走。
This is not counseling, not therapy. We do not do those. It is believers walking alongside one another.
四人共牧 Shepherding in Fours
一句話說明:每一組都是一個完整的迷你事工。四個人彼此牧養,沒有誰比誰高一階——「共」這個字就是重點。這是我們培訓的基本單位(也常被叫做「四個人一組」)。
One line to explain it: each group is a complete miniature ministry. Four people shepherding one another, with no one a rank above anyone else — the word to notice is together. This is our basic training unit (often just called "groups of four").
這一套的來歷:這一類工作傳統上是一對一做的,或者十來個人一起讀同一份教材。兩種我們都走過——一對一走得深,但那一個人一走線就斷了;十幾個人一起讀,人多到可以坐在裡面一直不出聲。所以我們把它升級成四個人,而且沒有人是老師。Where it comes from: traditionally this kind of work was done one to one, or with a dozen people reading the same material together. We have done both — one to one goes deep, but when that one person leaves the line breaks; with a dozen in a room, there are enough people that you can sit there and never speak. So we upgraded it to four, with nobody as the teacher.
四這個人數不是隨便定的,是十年下來一組一組試出來、最安全的大小。這個大小可深可淺——要一起走到更深的地方走得下去,需要淺一點也停得住;可以彼此問責,又不會變成互相拖累;人少到每一個人都得負責把事情做完,所以一組就像一個迷你事工。而且它機動:隨時可以分拆、重建,像細胞分裂一樣長出新的一組。
The number four is not arbitrary — it is the safest size we arrived at after ten years of testing group after group.It can go deep or stay shallow — deep enough when they need to go there, and able to hold steady when they need it lighter. They can hold each other accountable without becoming a drag on one another; and with so few, every person has to carry the work through, so one group runs like a miniature ministry. It is also mobile: it can split, rebuild, and divide like a cell into a new group.
這個大小對兩件事特別有效:建造牧養牧者,以及陪伴受過傷的牧者。This size has proved especially effective for two things: raising shepherds who shepherd, and walking alongside shepherds who have been wounded.
搭橋 bridge-building
把 network220 和 me2us2WE 兩邊接起來,讓兩邊的人、資源和經驗真的走得過去。這是我們現在、也是未來最重要的一件工作。Connecting network220 and me2us2WE so that people, resources and experience can actually cross between them. This is the most important work we are doing now and going forward.
化整為零 breaking into small units
把一個大群拆成很多個四人小組。人一多就顯眼,而且大群裡容易混進不相干的人;拆小之後,每一組走到哪裡都能自己重建。
Taking one large group apart into many groups of four. A crowd draws attention, and strangers slip into big groups easily; once it is small, each unit can rebuild itself anywhere.
四個角色 the four roles
同一件事需要四種人,四個同等重要,一個人也可以同時擔兩個: 差派者 Sender——留在原地供應、禱告、支持出去的人。 前往者 Goer——實際離開熟悉的地方,走到人那裡去。 接待者 Welcomer——把人接進家裡:帶路、翻譯、張羅吃的,讓人先坐下來。 動員者 Mobilizer——把還沒動的人叫起來,幫他們找到自己的位置。
One work needs four kinds of people; all four rank the same, and one person can hold two at once. Sender — stays and supplies, prays, supports those who go. Goer — actually leaves the familiar and goes to people. Welcomer — brings people inside: guiding, interpreting, feeding, getting them seated first. Mobilizer — wakes up those who have not moved yet and helps them find their place.
賽道:跑步機 · 短跑 · 長跑 · 馬拉松 the tracks
同工可以委身多久,分成四種,講的是長度,不是位階。跑步機=還在鍛鍊、跟著看的階段;短跑=一個季節;長跑=一個學年;馬拉松=完全委身。每個人按自己現在的季節選,換季節就換賽道。
Four lengths of commitment. It measures duration, not rank. Treadmill — still training, watching from inside. Sprint — one season. Long distance — a school year. Marathon — fully committed. Each person picks the track that fits their season, and changes track when the season changes.
不是升級制度,沒有人因為跑得久就比別人高一階。
Not a promotion ladder. Nobody ranks above anyone else for running longer.
定義定位 redefining and repositioning
把一個被用歪了的詞拿回來,說清楚它本來是什麼意思,再放回它該在的位置。我們站上有四十幾篇都在做這件事。
Taking a word that has drifted, saying plainly what it actually means, and putting it back where it belongs. We have over forty pieces on this site doing exactly that.
情緒成熟 emotional maturity
講的是情緒年齡,不是身體年齡——一個四十歲的人,情緒上可能還停在很小的階段;一個二十歲的人也可能已經很穩。知識學得多不等於長大;情緒成熟才是那條分水嶺。
This is about emotional age, not physical age. A forty-year-old can still be emotionally very young; a twenty-year-old can already be steady. Knowing more does not mean growing up — emotional maturity is the dividing line.
我們怎麼算成果How we count
根 roots
我們數的東西。怎麼知道一個人長出根了?看他有沒有自己帶出下一個人。沒有的話,不管他上過多少課,都還沒到。
What we count. How do you know someone has grown roots? See whether they have raised the next person themselves. If not, no number of classes changes the answer.
行走的福音 a gospel that walks
一個人走到哪裡,好消息就走到哪裡——不必辦活動、不必租場地、不必等誰批准。
Wherever the person goes, the good news goes — no event needed, no venue, no one's permission.
好管家 good steward
出自聖經(彼得前書 4:10):你手上的一切都是託付來的,不是你的財產。時間、能力、身體、錢,都算。
From the Bible (1 Peter 4:10): everything in your hands was entrusted to you, not owned by you. Time, ability, body, money — all of it.
敲門 knocking
想進來的人自己寫一封信告訴我們他是誰、他卡在哪裡。我們沒有報名表也沒有電話——那封信本身就是第一份責任。Anyone who wants in writes us a letter: who they are and where they are stuck. We have no sign-up form and no phone line — that letter is the first piece of responsibility.
還有兩個字我們刻意不寫Two things we deliberately leave out
你會發現我們很少寫地名,也幾乎不寫人數。那不是故作神秘。我們服事的群體有一部分住在規範一直在變的地方,一個地名加一個日期就足以讓人被找到。原因和做法都寫在這裡:發出去之前。
You will notice we rarely name a place, and almost never give numbers. That is not mystique. Part of the community we serve lives where the rules keep changing, and a place name plus a date is enough to find someone. The reasons and the method are here: Before You Publish.
