ABOUT WE · 關於 WE

How does a “me” grow into a “we”?「我」要怎麼長成「我們」?

Maturity makes room for “me” to keep growing until I can become part of a “we.”

Where it starts ·

It starts with seeing my own needs

True maturity begins when I can see my own needs.

Then we learn to see the needs of those beside us and build safe relationships. We stay present without taking advantage of one another.

Can I name one need of my own today? And one need of the person next to me?
What “we” means · 「

“We” is a way of being together「

When we say “we,” we mean how people are with one another. It looks like this:

Safe and real
Carrying one another, without anyone becoming the other’s baby bottle
Walking together, even when we differ

We lift together the burdens that would overwhelm one person. Each of us also carries our own backpack.

Soil · 土壤

Soil we tend together

Nobody here has to fight alone. This is soil we tend together.

Life begins in the soil. Every seed must first fall into the ground before it can break through and grow.

Our hearts are like soil waiting to be tended. At times they are broken and dry, yet they remain full of possibility.

As roots grow deeper, they meet other roots and form an unseen network of support.

When “me” meets “we,” loneliness turns into companionship, struggle into growth, and pain into blessing.
Across generations ·

Growing up together, young and old老老少少,一起長大

Our hope is a community where generations grow in emotional maturity side by side.

Younger people learn to recognize their emotions and respond with steadiness. Those in their middle years learn to carry responsibility. Older people share what life has taught them and bless those who follow.

Here, we are speaking of physical generations. Inner maturity is different—a forty-year-old may still be very young inside.

This road is for people who are willing to keep showing up and growing. As we walk together, we gradually learn to take responsibility for our own part.

We walk this road in small groups, using bilingual workbooks and practicing together. We learn to be real, take responsibility for our part, and stay connected.

“Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor; for if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion. But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him up.”「兩個人總比一個人好,因為二人勞碌同得美好的果效。
