First Grace Multiplication Bilingual Intensive
倍增，不是教出來的技能，是情緒成熟之後自然發生的生命現象。一個情緒年齡還在嬰兒期的牧者，即使學了再多的教學技巧，也無法真正倍增——因為他自己還沒有被建造起來。
Multiplication is not a skill that can be taught — it is what naturally happens when a person reaches emotional maturity. A pastor whose emotional age is still in infancy cannot truly multiply, no matter how many teaching techniques he has learned, because he himself has not yet been built up.
這次集訓的核心，是將恩典信息（Grace Message）與情緒成熟養成帶入華語事工——讓牧者首先被建造，然後才是裝備他人。
The heart of this intensive is to bring the Grace Message and emotional maturity formation into Chinese-speaking ministry — so that pastors are built up first, before they equip others.

Our training is not just about delivering content — it is about cultivating a culture:
從「一人扛、眾人看」的依賴系統，過渡到「人人負責、彼此成全」的成熟系統。
Transitioning from a dependency system where one carries and many watch, to a maturity system where everyone takes responsibility and builds one another up.
這是 Leader-Follower 到 Leader-to-Leader 的轉換——不是權力的重新分配，而是生命成熟的自然結果。就像約書亞帶以色列人過約旦河：不是約書亞一個人強壯了，而是整個群體都預備好了——連祭司的腳踏入水中，河水才分開。倍增是群體成熟的印記，不是個人能力的展示。
This is the transition from Leader-Follower to Leader-to-Leader — not a redistribution of power, but the natural fruit of spiritual maturity. Like Joshua leading Israel across the Jordan River: it was not Joshua alone who was strong, but the whole community was prepared — only when the priests' feet touched the water did the river part. Multiplication is the mark of communal maturity, not the display of individual ability.

The intensive is tentatively planned for Vietnam due to its lower costs and accessibility. The final location may be adjusted to Korea or Indonesia — to be announced once confirmed.
