倍增，是情緒成熟之後自然生長出來的果子。我們相信，當一個人的裡面被神一層一層建造起來，生命就會自然地向外流動——不需要被推動，也不需要被要求。
Multiplication is fruit that naturally grows out of emotional maturity. When a person is built up from within by God, their life naturally flows outward — no need to be pushed, no need to be required.
這次研討會的核心，是兩群成熟的同工坐在一起，為下兩個世代共同鋪一條路。不是講課，不是培訓——是生命對生命的同行交流。
The heart of this Symposium is two groups of mature co-workers sitting together to lay a path for the next two generations. Not lectures, not training — life-to-life exchange.

從「一人扛、眾人看」的常見挑戰，走向「人人一肢、彼此成全」的身體樣式。
Moving through the common challenge of one carrying while many watch, toward the body pattern of each a member, building one another up.
這是 Leader-Follower 文化裡一個共同要面對的難題。不是權力的重新分配，而是生命成熟的自然結果。就像約書亞帶以色列人過約旦河:不是約書亞一個人強壯了，而是整個群體都預備好了——連祭司的腳踏入水中，河水才分開。榮耀歸主，祂才是那位使群體成熟的主。
This is a common challenge of leader-follower culture. Not a redistribution of power, but the natural fruit of spiritual maturity. Like Joshua leading Israel across the Jordan: Joshua alone was not strong — the whole community was prepared. Only when the priests’ feet touched the water did the river part. All glory to the Lord, who alone matures a community.
成熟的同工，知道什麼時候戴上帽子，什麼時候脫下。任務裡需要決斷——帽子戴好;關係裡需要同在——帽子脫下。小組每週由不同的人輪流擔任主持人，大家一起練習戴帽與脫帽。
Mature co-workers know when to put on the hat and when to take it off. In task, decisions are needed — the hat goes on. In relationship, presence is needed — the hat comes off. Small groups rotate facilitators weekly — everyone practices both.
