Jim was the first one who took me seriously. For fourteen years he stood in the back as my back-up — five years of full training, plus nine years of ministry coaching. When he retired in 2024, he passed the baton well — that gesture itself is me2us2WE’s deepest “passing the baton” witness.

2010–2015

2015–2024

After global(x), Jim continued as my ministry coach for nine more years. Not a classroom — life-to-life companionship. He held the back; I walked forward.
2024
Jim 正式退休。他把棒子好好地交了出來——這個交棒的姿態本身，就是 me2us2WE「passing the baton」最深的見證。十四年的同行，以接力的姿態畫下句點。
Jim officially retired. He passed the baton well — the gesture of handoff itself is me2us2WE’s deepest “passing the baton” witness. Fourteen years of companionship, concluded in the posture of a relay handoff.

How He Walked With Me
Jim 從來沒有走在我前面。他總是在後方——禱告、提問、把該說的話說清楚、把不該說的話留住。當我跌倒，他不衝過來扶我；他蹲下來，等我自己站起來。當我前進，他不上前領路；他退後一步，讓主來帶。
Jim never walked in front of me. He was always in the back — praying, asking, saying what needed to be said, holding back what didn’t. When I fell, he did not rush in to lift me up; he crouched down and waited for me to stand on my own. When I moved forward, he did not step in to lead; he stepped back, and let the Lord lead.
