曾經的我，不相信任何人，跟母親斷絕來往十年，心裡對父親也有很多厭煩和嫌棄。

There was a time when I trusted no one — I cut off contact with my mother for ten years, and deep down I felt a lot of disgust and contempt for my father.

我把自己活成了一座孤島，沒有人能真正走進我，我也把自己隔離在人群之外。

I turned myself into a lonely island; no one could really reach me, and I kept myself away from everyone else.

我的生存方式就是封閉自己的感受，不跟人產生情感上的連結，像一個孤魂一樣游蕩在世間。

My way of surviving was to shut down my feelings, avoid any emotional connection with people, and drift through the world like a lonely ghost.

進入有機心田之後，我慢慢開始不一樣了。

After joining Maturing in Grace (me2us2WE), I slowly began to change.

我開始看見並認識那個真實的自己，也慢慢在弟兄姐妹的陪伴下，去面對過去受過的創傷和傷痛。

I started to see and get to know the real me, and little by little, with the companionship of my brothers and sisters, I began to face the wounds and pains from my past.

對我來說，這是一段特別美好的探索之旅——有人陪著我一起冒險，一起去發掘我生命裡那些未知的角落，收穫一顆又一顆生命的珍珠。

For me, this has been a truly beautiful journey of discovery — having someone go on adventures with me, explore the unknown corners of my life, and gather one precious pearl of life after another.

我也漸漸發現，我的生命就像一個巨大的寶藏，等著我去挖掘。

I have also come to realize that my life is like a huge treasure, waiting to be uncovered.

而更重要的是，有弟兄姐妹陪著我，我們彼此陪伴，一路往前走。

And even more importantly, I have brothers and sisters with me — we keep each other company and walk this road together.

我不再是一個人了，而且我已經不習慣一個人了。

I am no longer alone, and I’ve actually gotten unused to being alone.

對於關係和連結，我有了完全不一樣的體會和經歷。

I have gained a completely different understanding and experience of relationships and connection.
